Detailed terms and conditions

1. Orders included in the turnover

Only paid and successfully received orders are included in the turnover.
Returned, cancelled or unpaid orders are not included.
Turnover is tracked over the last 24 monthsย้อนหลัง from the current date.

2. Applying the discount

To use the discount, you must be logged into your customer account.
The discount is applied automatically in the cart – there is no need to enter a discount code.
The loyalty program discount may vary when combined with other promotions (discount coupons, sale prices).

3. Tier change

Once you reach the required turnover, you automatically move to a higher tier.
The new discount will apply to the following order.
If your turnover over 24 months decreases (older orders drop out of the period), you may be moved to a lower tier.

4. General provisions

The loyalty program is intended for end customers (not for wholesale).
The operator reserves the right to change the program conditions or terminate the program at any time.
The currently valid terms are always published on this page.
