We ship goods as soon as possible after receiving the order, usually within a maximum of 3 working days. The total delivery time depends on the destination country, see the overview below.
All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic via the logistics company PPL and delivered by final-mile carriers as shown in the overview. Shipment tracking is available at this link: https://www.dhl.com/cz-en/home/tracking.html
⚠️ Important notice when receiving the parcel:
When receiving the goods, the buyer is obliged to properly inspect the parcel to make sure the packaging is not damaged. By accepting an undamaged parcel, the buyer confirms this with their signature on the delivery note (seller/carrier). If the packaging is damaged due to mishandling by the carrier or shows signs of unauthorized interference, we recommend that the buyer, in their own interest, refuses the parcel or asks the driver to confirm by signature that the parcel packaging was damaged upon receipt. Later claims will not be taken into consideration!
